How to fill this in

Identify every potential backlink source: sister brands you own, complementary suppliers (photographers, AV, stylists), venue supplier pages, industry publications, directories, and associations. Prioritise by: easiest relationship first, then highest relevance to your niche. Do not bulk-submit to low-quality directories — quality and relevance matter far more than volume. Add new targets whenever a case study or blog post creates a new natural outreach reason.
